Frances won a Crown, Trophy, & honor for her outstanding
dedication since 1948 of attending the Placer County Fair Pageants
She can tell you who was crowned Queen, has every program
and can tell you some simple facts of each show. When the Pageants
started being Taped, she has each one of those. Recently she
was watching the 2001 Video of her granddaughter being crowned

Frances to speak. Frances wore the crown the entire time of the Fair and attended most all shows, greeted folks when they first came into the Fair as an Ambassador the very first day, helped in the flower building and greeted at the Board of Directors Room during the 4 day Fair.
