The Berry Pageant will be held at the BerryFest Strawberry Festival at the Yolo County Fairgrounds in Woodland

Rehearsal - May 6, 2026 at 6:00pm
Entry Fee $55 (*includes 4 free admission tickets to festival)
Application & Entry Fee Deadline: May 1
Each Queen will receive a crown and sash
Each Princess will receive a crown and sash (number of princesses depends on number of contestants in each division)
Optional Winners will each receive a crown and sash (optional categories are totaled overall for all divisions)
Every contestant will receive a goody bag and crown
One Outfit of Choice: Berry Wear (theme of festival is Red, White & Blue so you can add that in too if you want)
Intro and On-Stage Question for all contestants ages 3 and up

    *Optional winners will be overall high scores for all age divisions combined
    *Divisions may be combined or split due to number of contestants/director's discretion. Please be sure to confirm your division at check-in.
    Please answer the following questions as to the contestant. Some or all will be read on stage by the emcee.
    Since this takes place on Mother's Day Weekend, the on-stage questions may ask about the contestant's mom. If you prefer us to ask about a different family member/friend, please indicate below. (ie: mom, aunt, grandma, friend, etc) 
After you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice within 48 hours.  Please be sure your email address above is correct.  If you do not receive an email within 48 hours, please email [email protected]. Your spot is not confirmed until the invoice is paid. 
*Each paid entry includes 4 free BerryFest admission tickets. You must attend the rehearsal to receive the 4 tickets.
