- Application & Entry Fee Deadline: October 25th
- Each Queen/Princess will win a crown and sash
- Each King/Prince will win a medallion and sash
- All contestants will receive a Goody Bag
- Optional winners will receive a crown and sash
- One outfit: Halloween Wear/Costume (small props allowed)
- $5 Admission at door
